The kick-off to the new Premier League season is now just 26 days away, so if you haven’t sorted out you Football TV Package then now is the time to do just that. Currently there are some great deals on packages from the leading Digital TV providers in the UK, with Sky, BT and Virgin all offer some great deals.

The reason there are so many great deals for Premier League TV Packages this season is because over the summer Ofcom ordered Sky to reduce the price it charges rivals to offer Sky Sports by more than 20%. This has meant that now BT and Virgin Media can include Sky Sports 1 and 2 into their TV packages at really competitive prices.

Sky Sports Package

Sky are still the main contender when it comes to live Premier League football, and their main football package includes Sky Sports 1, 2, 3 and 4, as well as Sky Sports New and ESPN.

This package price starts at £39 a month for the first 3 months, and then rises to £48 a month because ESPN is only free for the first 3 months. The cheapest Sky Sports package is available for just £28 a month, however it only comes with Sky Sports 1 or 2, and Sky Sports News.

BT Sports Package

BT have really stepped up their game this season, and now offer a Sports package which includes Sky Sports 1 and 2, ESPN and Vision Sport for just £29.98 per month. You do need BT Total Broadband to get BT Vision, however, and the price for that is included.

Virgin Media Sports Package

Virgin Media are also making Sky sweat this summer, as they offer their M Package with Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports News and Eurosport all for just £19 a month. For hardened football fans you can also get their XL package with Sky Sports HD 1 and 2, Sky Sports 3 and 4, ESPN HD, Sky Sports News and Eurosport for £50.50 a month.
